Blue Flame is one of the best coffee I ever tasted, they always have good quality beans and they know how to roast their coffee, really enjoy their specialty blend!!!

After buying a burr grinder coffee maker the Costco Starbucks beans kept clogging the grinder.  My husband and I researched over 5 local roasters bought several bags of different roasts.  After a month of at home tastings, Blue Flame French Roast was superior in smooth rich flavor (and grinder friendly).  We have been buying their coffee for over 7 months.  The fact that we support a local business run by really nice people a plus.

Blue Flame's Signature Blend is the only thing that does it for me, mornings. I have very high standards for beans. I'm particularly delighted that in a non-descript warehouse on an utterly untraveled street, there exists a tiny sign on a door, a knob that can be turned, and there it is - a small coffee roaster. They brewed some samples just for me to try, too.
