Blue Flame Coffee does not issue refunds on any products, (this is a food product we can not accept returns of coffee); and/or services, if any items and/or services are returned or canceled the amount of total cost shall receive store credit only.

If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made with Blue Flame Coffee for any reason, please contact us. Tell us your name, the order number, which items, and reason of dissatisfaction.
